About TDR Consulting
TDR Consulting Ltd is an international development consultancy formally founded in 2022 and based in Mbabane, Eswatini, building on consulting work undertaken since 2018. We specialise in gender equality, social justice, inclusion and human capital development, translating complex social-justice, governance and institutional-strengthening challenges into practical, donor-ready solutions.
Through 35+ national and international assignments, TDRC has partnered with United Nations agencies, the World Bank, the European Union, government institutions, civil society organisations and international consulting firms across Eswatini, southern Africa and the wider Global South.
Our Values and Strategy
We work best when listening to learn and understand and not to reply. We partner with a range of stakeholders, from international development partners and senior government officials to community-level actors to develop solutions which work in practice as well as on paper.
We deliberately seek out experts who demonstrate lifelong commitment to human rights and social justice in all areas of their lives and who are intrinsically motivated to produce high quality, timeous work.
We enjoy troubleshooting big-picture problems with real world, practical solutions, which build on local capacities and knowledge.
We conduct research on gender dynamics and human rights challenges and then use that knowledge to assist in creating effective and sustainable solutions.
