Thomas Churchyard is the Director and Lead Consultant at TDR Consulting. He is a recognized leader in the field of gender equality and skills programming across southern Africa. As a CSO Director (2012-2023) and since, Tom has accrued 14 years’ experience in designing, managing and evaluating impactful programs focused on achieving gender-transformative social norm change. He holds a MPhil in Cultural Critical Theory from the University of Cambridge. Thomas lives on a hilltop outside Mbabane with his wife, Lindi, and two daughters, Jo and Ella and enjoys hiking and adventures.

Thokozani Gina

Junior Consultant (He/Him)

Thokozani has over 10 years’ experience working in the civil society space in project management and implementation, particularly in gender equality, HIV and health promotions programs. He currently supports the facilitation and execution of TDR Consulting’s operations, research and administrative services to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Thokozani is happiest when spending the weekend at home in Siteki with his family and helping his mother take care of the orchard.

Chris Fleming (He/Him) is a Chartered PR Practitioner (PRISA) and co-founder of South to East Communications. With over 14 years of experience, he has championed gender equality, SRHR, and HIV/AIDS initiatives across the globe, collaborating with local, regional, and international organizations. Through his expertise, Chris seeks to amplify impactful voices and drive transformative change.

Clement Dlamini is Director of the Centre for Community Services and a Social Work Lecturer at the University of Eswatini. A Master of Social Work graduate from Stephen F. Austin State University, he specializes in rural development, program evaluation, and health systems strengthening, while passionately empowering youth and marginalized communities globally.
